Bukharis mind works faster than a Super Computer!!!

Bukhari collected around 6,00,000  in period of 16 years.

Now we assume that each day Bukhari must have spend at least 6 hrs in sleeping, eating, drinking, for prayers, answering the call of nature and his daily necessities.

That means he must have worked for around 18 hours in collecting and authenticating hadees.

Now a lunar calendar consists 354 days

Means 354 x 18 hours = 6,372 hours per year

Means 6.372 hours x 16years = 1,01,952 hours in all

Means 1,01,952 hours  x 60 min = 61,17,120 minutes

Now 6,00,000 hadees in 61,17,120 minutes means 1  hadees every 10.minutes.

Bukhari must have traveled far and wide on bullock cart, mules horses, climbed mountains, traversed plains, traveled through deserts, crossed rivers, met different people listened to their hadees, studied them, noted them down, checked them, cross checked them, studied their rijal, authenticated their narrators and compiled them at the rate of 1 hadees every 10 minute. That too working continiously for 16 years, without any modern means of communication.

Secondly he must be so wealthy and rich so as to fund his en-devours, traveling etc without working for a lively hood. If we deduct the time he took for earning his lively hood then the average would be still higher.

Bukhari used to say that he used to do wuzu, pray 2 rakats of namaz and take out Istekhara for every hadees he noted down.

Now if we contact Sunni religious scholars the most popular and common method of doing Istekhara is to perform two rakats namaz, recite dua for Istekhara and sleep. In sleep while dreaming if you see something white or green than the Isthekhara is good while if you see something black or red then the Isthekhara is bad, and if a person is not sure about his dream then he can see Isthekhara for 7 days. You may check the below sites for reference.

To be able to see a dream the person should fall in a deep slumber. Thus Bukharrrrrrriiiiiiiiiii must have slept soundly for 6,00,000 times to record 6,00,000 narrations.

And as we see above he noted down 1 Ahadees every 10 minutes thus we conclude that Bukhari used to :

Listen to, note down, study, understand, check, cross check, authenticate 1 hadees, perform wuzu ,reicite 2 rakat of namaz, see Istekhara sleep very soundly, once every 10 minutes continuously for 16 years.

Surprising isnt it?? ??????????????????

This is called Hadees ka mass production.........

Now am I wrong if  I say that Bukharis mind works faster than a Super Computer!!!!!!!!!

Ayesha.....Heaven????.....XXXXX.....from Sahi Bukhari

I would like to present a hadees from the 'Sahiiiiiiiiiii' Bukhari ????????

Volume 1, Book 2, Number 30:

Narrated Al-Ahnaf bin Qais:

While I was going to help this man ('Ali Ibn Abi Talib), Abu Bakra met me and asked, "Where are you going?" I replied, "I am going to help that person." He said, "Go back for I have heard Allah's Apostle saying, 'When two Muslims fight (meet) each other with their swords, both the murderer as well as the murdered will go to the Hell-fire.' I said, 'O Allah's Apostle! It is all right for the murderer but what about the murdered one?' Allah's Apostle replied, "He surely had the intention to kill his companion."

According to the above Hadees the Holy Prophet (s.a.w.w.) has said that when two Muslims fight each other with their swords, both the murderer as well as the murdered will go to the Hell fire.

Now I would like my readers to ponder over the fact which can be verified in history that in the battle of Jamal (The Battle of Camel)  which was fought between two parties. One of which was the caliph of the time Hazrat Ali (as) and the second one was one who is considered to be the most superior, most disciplined most honest, most obedient, most caring, most trustworthy, most sincere, most etc, etc, etc, etc wife of the Holy Prophet (s.a.w.w.).

We Shias co not believe in the authenticity of the Bukhari. It is for the Sunnis to ponder that if you we consider the hadees to be correct and analyse the event under the light of the above hadees then  the wife of the Holy Prophet (s.a.w.w) goes to hell because she fought against the caliph of the time.

or else the Hadees is incorrect and one single incorrect hadees (though there are many) puts a question mark on the authenticity of the 'Sahiiiiiiiiiii Bukhari'.

I leave it on the readers to take a correct descision.

its Azmate Bukhari v/s Azmate Ummul momeneen............you decide

Was Ayesha the most obedient wife of the Holy Prophet (s.a.w.w.)......??????

Imam of Ahl'ul Sunnah Abdul Hamid Ghazzali records the following in his classic Ihya Ulum-id-din:

The wives of the Prophet (saww) at times argued before the prophet. Once a wife of the Prophet (saww) placed her hand on the chest of the Prophet (saww) and gave him a push. At this, her mother rebuked her.  The Prophet (saww) said leave her, as she does more than this. Once there was an altercation between the Prophet (saww) and Ayesha (la) when they found Abu Bakr (la) as judge. Ayesha (la) said to the Prophet (saww) : ‘You speak but don't speak except truth. At once Abu Bakr (la)  gave her such a slap that blood began to ooze out from her mouth’.

This clearly shows that:
1. The wives of the Holy Prophet (s.a.w.w.) argued with the Holy Prophet (s.a.w.w.)
2.Once a wife of the Holy Prophet (s.a.w.w.) dared to place her hand on the chest of the Holy Prophet (s.a.w.w.) in a fit of rage.
3. That particular wife of the Holy Prophet (s.a.w.w.) used to do more than what she had done and was even more rude to the Holy Prophet (s.a.w.w)
4. Ayesha was not a nice wife as portrayed by her advocates, and it was not all roses with here.
5. She used to constantly fight with the Holy Prophet (s.a.w.w.) and trouble him.
6. The fights reached to such an extent that a third person had to be called to act as a judge.
7.. She did not believe in the truthfulness of the Holy Prophet and anyone who does not believe in the Holy Prophet is a kafir.
8. Ayesha's father Abu Bakar must have tried to make her understand and must have even scolded her.
9. Ayesha did not listen to her own father.
8. Ayesha's father Abu Bakr got so angry with her that he slapped her.

Now I would request the readers to ponder, that if a wife of the Holy Prophet (s.a.w.w.) one could swoop down to such an extent as to arguing with him and to push him and to fight with him that her mother had to rebuke her and another another blamed the Holy Prophet (s.a.w.w.) as not being truthful during the lifetime of the Holy Prophet (s.a.w.w.) then how would they behave after the martyrdom of the Holy Prophet (s.a.w.w.)????????????

After reading the above passage can we say that the wives of the Holy Prophet (s.a.w.w.) were obedient to him.

??????????????????????????????

What did Umar - bin- Khattb do on his death bed

“Whilst on his deathbed, Umar became deeply affected by the wound and his physician asked Umar ‘Which alcohol would you like to drink?’ Umar said ‘alcohol called nabidh is my preferred choice. This drink was then administered to Umar”.

This is called 'Pakka Bevda' marte marte bhi pee ke gaya......

Every Lover of Umar Bevda should Follow the Sunnat Of Umar

Was the Prophet (s) Illiterate (Naauzubillah)..????

Its a wrong belief that the Holy Prophet did not know how to read or write (Naauzubillah), what is the origin of this and how and why was is spread is beyond the scope of this article.

We Shias believe that the Holy Prophet did know how to read and write and he in fact had the entire knowledge in the universe. But if the Sunnis go through their own books of Hadees they would come to know the facts.

I quote below few references.

Bukhari Volume 1, Book 3, Number 65:

Narrated Anas bin Malik:

Once the Prophet wrote a letter or had an idea of writing a letter. The Prophet was told that they (rulers) would not read letters unless they were sealed. So the Prophet got a silver ring made with "Muhammad Allah's Apostle" engraved on it. As if I were just observing its white glitter in the hand of the Prophet.

We read in the above hadees that one day the Holy Prophet (s.a.w.w) either wrote a letter or intended to write a letter. The Prophet (s.a.w.w) writing a letter or even intending to write a letter is a clear proof of the fact that he knew how to read and write.

Bukhari Volume 1, Book 3, Number 114:

Narrated 'Ubaidullah bin 'Abdullah:

Ibn 'Abbas said, "When the ailment of the Prophet became worse, he said, 'Bring for me (writing) paper and I will write for you a statement after which you will not go astray.' But 'Umar said, 'The Prophet is seriously ill, and we have got Allah's Book with us and that is sufficient for us.' But the companions of the Prophet differed about this and there was a hue and cry. On that the Prophet said to them, 'Go away (and leave me alone). It is not right that you should quarrel in front of me." Ibn 'Abbas came out saying, "It was most unfortunate (a great disaster) that Allah's Apostle was prevented from writing that statement for them because of their disagreement and noise. (Note: It is apparent from this Hadith that Ibn 'Abbes had witnessed the event and came out saying this statement. The truth is not so, for Ibn 'Abbas used to say this statement on narrating the Hadith and he had not witnessed the event personally.

The above hadees also states very clearly that the Holy Prophet was well versed with reading and writing skills. This is further strengthened by the fact that though the companions argued if pen and paper has to be given to the Holy Prophet (s.a.w.w) or not, non of them told the  Holy Prophet (s.a.w.w.) that O Prophet (s.a.w.w.) what would you do with pen or paper when you do not know how to write (Naauzubillah).

Third proof

Logically speaking the Holy Prophet (s.a.w.w) is the best of Allah (s.w.t.)'s creation, best means he was the best in all aspects. He was the most handsome man of his times, the most generous, the most pious, the most helpful, the most brave and had all the good qualities in their superlative degree. On the other hand he was free from all the defects, Now being illiterate  is a defect and if the Holy Prophet (s.a.w.w.) has a defect then the blame goes straight on Allah (s.w.t.). This also proves that the Holy Prophet (s.a.w.w.) was far much educated than what human intellect can think of.

Fourth Proof

It is a known fact that the Holy Prophet Muhammad Sallalahu’Alayhi’Wassallam  successfully managed the business operations of the Lady Khatija RA, and this is not descriptive of a person who could not read or write. Those who interpret ummi  to mean illiterate appear to be forcing a meaning into the word which it does not readily yield.

Fifth Proof

The aayat of the Holy Quran normally put forward as an argument to prove that the Holy Prophet was unlettered is (62:2)

Translaton:
He it is who has sent unto the unlettered people an apostle from among themselves, to convey unto them His messages, and to cause them to grow in purity, and to impart unto them the divine writ as well as wisdom - whereas before that they were indeed, most obviously, lost in error

The above translation clearly states that the Holy Prophet (s.a.w.w.) was sent to convery the message of Allah (s.w.t.) purify the people, impart unto them the divine writ and wisdom.

The Holy Prophet (s.a.w.w.) had not come to distribute the Holy Quran, but he had come to teach the Holy Quran and the one who has the responsibility of teaching the Quran should himself have the knowledge of what is written in it.

The Holy Quran says (6:59)

Translation:
With Him are the keys of the unseen, the treasures that none knoweth but He. He knoweth whatever there is on the earth and in the sea. Not a leaf doth fall but with His knowledge: there is not a grain in the darkness (or depths) of the earth, nor anything fresh or dry (green or withered), but is (inscribed) in a record clear (to those who can read)

As we see in the translation Allah (s.w.t.) says that there is nothing fresh or dry the knowledge of which is not there in the Holy Quran, There is no grain of sand on land but the knowledge of which is there in the Holy Quran. This means that the Holy Quran has the entire knowledge in the universe. So if the Holy Quran has got the entire knowledge in the universe and the Holy Prophet (s.a.w.w.) had come to teach us the same then at he should have the entire knowledge in the universe (which includes knowing all types of languages, sciences, astronomy etc, etc, etc ....).This clearly shows that the Holy Prophet (s.a.w.w.) had knowledge far beyond human comprehension.

Sixth Proof:

As we read in the translation of the  aayat (62:2) given above that Allah (s.w.t.) says that
"He it is who has sent unto the unlettered people an apostle from among themselves......"

The word ummi comes from the same root letters as Ummah, a very common word in the Noble Qur’an, meaning a people, community or nation. The above aayat makes it clear that ummi means that the nation or the people to whom the Holy Prophet (s.a.w.w) were illiterate, and it in noway refers to the Holy Prophet (s.a.w.w.)

Seventh Proof:

Translation:
And this is a Book which We have sent down, bringing blessings, and confirming (the revelations) which came before it: that thou mayest warn the mother of cities and all around her. Those who believe in the Hereafter believe in this (Book), and they are constant in guarding their prayers.  (6:92)

Translation:
Thus have We sent by inspiration to thee an Arabic Qur'an: that thou mayest warn the Mother of Cities and all around her,- and warn (them) of the Day of Assembly, of which there is no doubt: (when) some will be in the Garden, and some in the Blazing Fire. (42:7)

Readers should note that the city of Mecca in those days was known as Ummul Qura or the" Mother of Cities" (the word Um means mother in arabic) as it was the first of the cities. As those residing in India are called Indians, and those in Australia as Australians similarly those residing in Ummul Qura were called Ummis. As a support to our argument we quote the following aayats from the Holy Quran

Eighth  Proof:
Translation
READ in the name of thy Sustainer, who has  (96:1)

The first aayats with Allah (s.w.t.)  was from Surae Alaq 1 to5 in the very first Aayat Allah (s.w.t.) tells the Holy Prophet (s.a.w.) to read. Now did Allah (s.w.t.) not know that the Holy Prophet (s.a.w.) did not know to read and write. Those who say that the Holy Prophet (s.a.w.w.) was unlettered put the blame straight on Allah (s.w.t.).

Ninth Proof:
Translation
or, behold, thou keepest indeed to a sublime way of life. (68:4)

Translation:
VERILY, in the Apostle of God you have a good example for everyone who looks forward [with hope and awe] to God and the Last Day, and remembers God unceasingly. (33:21)

There are people among us with extraordinary qualities. They look into a book for a few minutes and reproduce it without seeing it again! Then, why should  the Prophet not possess such high qualities, and then how can the Holy Quran say that the Holy Prophet (s.a.w.w) is a good example for every body.

Tenth Proof:

Translation:
And but for God's favour upon thee and His grace, some of those [who are false to themselves] would indeed endeavour to lead thee astray; yet none but themselves do they lead astray. Nor can they harm thee in any way, since God has bestowed upon thee from on high this divine writ and [given thee] wisdom, and has imparted unto thee the knowledge of what thou didst not know. And God's favour upon thee is tremendous indeed. (4:113)

This verse clearly indicates that the Holy Prophet (saww) was taught by Allah (swt) and not by any fallible individual and its unanimously accepted fact that Prophet Muhamamd (saww) did not learn anything in this world from any one but was already taught everything by Allah (swt).

Conclusion
The above arguments make it amply clear that the Holy Prophet (s.a.w.w.) not only knew to read and write but he had the all the knowledge in the universe. His knowledge was far beyond human understanding. He was the most perfect and was an example for everybody.

My Question:
My question to the Muslim Umma is that  if you believe that the Holy Prophet (s.a.w.w.) was not educated (Naauzubillah) then why don't you people follow his Sunnat and refrain from gaining knowledge and remain illiterate. Why do you people prefer to send you children to the best of the schools and colleges?

Why ?????????

Umar (la) Loved Alcohol

Umar used to drink alcohol

We read in Ahl'ul Sunnah's authority work "al Mustaraf fi kul Mustadhruf Volume 2 page 229, Chapter 7
the following

"Three verses were revealed by Allah (swt) in connection with the prohibition on alcohol. In regards to alcohol people asked questions on it to Rasulullah (s), who replied that it was a great sin. After some time, some Muslims began to refrain from drinking alcohol, whilst others continued to drink it, this got to a point whereby on one occasion a man entered the Mosque and proceeded to speak nonsense during Salaat. It was at this time that the verse descended "O you believe do not approach prayers whilst intoxicated. Some people then left alcohol, whilst others continued to drink, to the point that Umar drank alcohol, mounted onto a camel and then proceeded to throw an object at Abdul Rahman bin Auf, that caused his head to split open, he then began to sing about the kuffar participant of Badr. His actions reached a point of kufr and transgression, he (Umar) began to say 'I won't fast in Ramadan, and you cannot stop me from drinking. When Rasulullah (s) received news of this, he left the mosque and hit Umar on the head with an object, it was then that this verse descended 'Satan wants you to stop' Umar then said 'Yes I have stopped, I have stopped'.

Umar used to keep alcohol in his water flask

We read in Ahl'ul Sunnah authority commentary of Sahih al Bukhari, Fathul Bari Volume 5 page 341 that:

"On one occasion Saeed bin Zai drank from Umar's water flask and he became intoxicated. Umar began to beat him and Saeed said to him 'My only wrongdoing was that I drank from your flask' (Upon hearing this) Umar replied 'I am beating you, as I want to know why you became intoxicated".

Hadhrath Umar’s love of ‘Nabidh’ alcohol

Nabidh is a drink that is prepared by fermenting crushed dates / grapes. It was Hadhrath Umar’s favourite alcoholic drink.

We read in Muwatta of Imam Malik, Book 45, Number 45.6.21, Chapter Madina:

Yahya related to me from Malik from Yahya ibn Said from Abd ar-Rahman ibn al-Qasim that Aslam, the mawla of Umar ibn al-Khattab informed him that he had visited Abdullah ibn Ayyash al-Makhzumi. He saw that he had some nabidh with him and he was at that moment on the way to Makka. Aslam said to him, ”Umar ibn al-Khattab loves this drink.” Abdullah ibn Ayyash therefore carried a great drinking bowl and brought it to Umar ibn al-Khattab and placed it before him. Umar brought it near to him and then raised his head. Umar said, “This drink is good,” so he drank some of it and then passed it to a man on his right”.

Umar drank Nabidh alcohol on his deathbed

We are quoting from Ahl’ul Sunnah’s classical work Riyadh al Nadira Volume 2 page 351: (scanned page given below)

“Whilst on his deathbed, Umar became deeply affected by the wound and his physician asked Umar ‘Which alcohol would you like to drink?’ Umar said ‘alcohol called nabidh is my preferred choice. This drink was then administered to Umar”.

Nabidh consists of Alcohol

We read in Sunan Abu Daud Book 26, Number 3707:

There is no way that Ahl’ul Sunnah can claim that ‘Nabidh’ does not constitute alcohol, since Rasulullah (s) had specifically referred to this as haraam.

“Narrated Abu Hurayrah:
I knew that the Apostle of Allah (saww) used to keep fast. I waited for the day when he did not fast to present him the drink (nabidh), which I made in a pumpkin. I then brought it to him while it fermented. He said: Throw it to this wall, for this is a drink of the one who does not believe in Allah and the Last Day”.

Lineage of Umar (la)

Caliph Umar really has a very glorious lineage, a lineage which no one of us even in our further est dream would even dream of having.

A slave boy Nufail had seen Sahak a slave girl in the grazing field, he fancied her and seduced her into having a sexual intercourse with him,

“Nufail coupled with Sahak and as a result Sahak became pregnant with al-Khattab (the father of Umar). After she had given birth to the boy (al-Khattab the father of Umar), she left him around one of the nearby rubbish sites at night out of fear.

Subsequently, the boy was picked up by an old Jewish lady named Janazah and was raised by her. When al-Khattab grew up, he became a woodcutter. While he used to be out cutting wood Sahak would check up on him while hiding. However, one day Khattab saw her bottom despicably revealed, while not knowing who she was he coupled with her.(ie al-Khattab the father of Umar had sexual intercourse with his own mother.)

"As a result, Sahak became pregnant with Hantama (al-khattabs illegitimate daughter as well as his sister as they had a common mother). When she had the girl, she left her near a rubbish site in Makkah. The girl was later picked up by Hisham ibn Mughira and raised by him.

When she had grown up, al-Khattab fancied her as he used to often visit Hisham. As a result, al-Khattab asked for her hand in marriage from Hisham. Hisham married Hantama to Khattab. (Thus Khattab married his own daughter as well his sister)  and they had Umar."

Thus al-khattab who him self was an illegitimate child had sexual intercourse with his mother out of which was born Hantama who was al- khattabs sister as well as his illegitimate daughter. Later al-khattab had sex with this illegitimate daughter to produce Umar. Thus Umars mother was infact his sister as well as his cousin granny.

Confused  aren’t you ?????????????  Read again. And these are not the words of a Rafazi Shia. Check out below proofs from Authentic and very very authentic Sunni Books ......!!!!!!

Misyar Marriage ( Travelers’ Marriage or Marriage of convenience)

A Misyar Marriage is a unique Sunni Muslim innovation. Marriage institution allows for a lesser form of relationship between man and woman than normal marriage, zawaj.  Misyar marriage is defined as an official marital "relationship" between a man and a woman who do not live together, and where the husband is not financially responsible for a Misyar wife.

the husband and wife give up several rights by their own free will, such as living together, equal division of nights between wives in cases of polygamy, the wife's rights to housing, and maintenance money ("nafaqa"), and the husband's right of homekeeping, and access.

Misyar can be a temporary arrangement, but unlike the Mut'a marriage, which ends on the expiration date of the contract, the Misyar has no certain date for divorce, and it is up to the man to divorce his wife whenever, or if ever, he feels like doing so.

The difference between a Misyar marriage and a normal marriage, is that the couple does not live in one household but remain on a visitor's basis.

Misyar allows the man to have a normal wife in a addition to his misyar-wife(s). The misyar wife is expected to live with her parents, and her husband can visit her according to a predetermined schedule. for sexual relations.

For the women who accept it – spinsters, divorcees and widows – it's a something-is-better-than-nothing option, though they waive almost all the rights that a normal Muslim marriage entitles them to. For men it offers an opportunity for a bit of fun on the side, in secret, and at a huge discount.

The need for this type of marriage is, in part, the result of economic reality. In Egypt, most young men cannot afford to get married and support a wife and long engagements are common. A Misyar marriage allows him to marry a girl who then stays with her parents. The bride's parents feed and maintain her, and they meet on occasion for sexual relations.

Misyar marriage has been practiced in Saudi Arabia and Egypt for many years. It was legalized in Saudi Arabia by a fatwa issued by Sheikh Abdel Aziz bin Baz and was officially legalized in Egypt by the Egyptian Sunni Imam Sheikh Mohammed Sayyed Tantawi in 1999. The Mufti of Egypt is a staunch defender of Misyar marriage.

The practive of Misyar marriage is often different from the original intent for creating this institution. Wealthy Kuwaiti and Saudi men sometimes enter into a Misyar marriage while on vacation. They believe that this allows them to have sexual relations with another woman without committing the sin of adultery. They travel to poor countries, such as Egypt or Syria, and meet middlemen who arrange the marriage for them. Some men arrange Misyar marriages online. The middleman brings some girls and they pick the one that they like most. These men pay the girl's family some money.

Families agree to the arrangement because of the money and the hope that their girl will have some fun and visit places that she can only dream about (i.e. luxury hotels and restaurants). They also hope for some gifts and at the end of the vacation and that the rich "husband" will give her some money and divorce her (although divorce was not a part of the fatwa which created Misyar marriage). Sometimes the husband keeps the wife for next vacation and sends her some money now and then. Many Misyar wives hope to win the love of their husbands so that they may live with them. Since the wife knows that she will most likely be divorced, but she does not know when, most Misyar wives take care to prevent pregnancy.

“Unfortunately, misyar marriage has made it easier for irresponsible, immature individuals to enter a relationship that is supposed to be based on credibility, reliability and respect,” said Abu Zaid, an elderly marriage official. “This isn’t the case. It’s treated as a temporary solution for lust. That’s not what marriage is all about. In regular polygamy all wives have exactly the same rights over the husband, be it financial, be it regarding time spent together or being public. Women think that misyar marriage is for their benefit when in fact on a long-term basis, they pay the price and not just from their pockets but from their emotions, as well.”

Many parents and children of misyar wives stated that they felt the woman as being sold short in such a marriage. Parents mostly said that the only reason they accepted the situation was in recognition of their daughters as adult women with their own needs and their right to respond to such needs. “I begged my divorced daughter not to marry a suitor who proposed a misyar marriage,” said Abu Fahda. “At the end, I gave in because I didn’t want to be the reason for her having an unlawful relationship with a man. I’m an adult, and I know she has her needs, but I’d be lying if I said that I have any respect for this stranger who comes to my house for intimacy with my daughter. I even have trouble looking her in the face,” he said. “My neighbor’s niece was married misyarically for a while, and then when the husband was done with her he just left her — just like that.”
Abu Fahda’s grandchildren share his sentiments — especially sadness. “I don’t know who this man is — this man who comes to our house and spends time with my mother,” said the 6-year-old boy. “He’s not my father, and he can’t be her husband because fathers and husbands live with their families.”

Conclusion:

1. Misyar often called travelers’ marriage, or a marriage of convenience is a form of temperory marriage.

2. The woman let goes here rights like the right to maintainance etc.

3. The man and the woman both stay at their respective houses and the man visits the woman for sexual satisfaction as and when needed or as per a pre determined shedule.

4. The man in no way is responsible for the upkeep of the wife and all he has to pay him is the agreed upon dowry.
5. It has been legalised and is widely practiced in Saudi Arabia and Egypt.

6. Travelers from Saudi and rich countries visit poor nations and perform misyar for sexual satisfaction.

7. 90% of misyar marriages end in divorce.

8. The husband is neither legally bound to maintain his wife nor is he legaly bound to divorce her, this reduces the status of a woman to that of a sex slave. (One time downpayment and lifetime enjoyment)

9. If the husband leaves her wife (as is the case with almost 90% of misyar marriages) without divorcing her then there is no one to take care of her and her children and neither can she marry again as the husband has not divorces her.

10 . In misyar marriage the wife is at the sheer mercy of her husband, without any rights.

11. In short  a misyar marriage can be summarised as “ Why buy the milk when the cow is free”.

Is Abubakar (la) the Rightly Guided Caliph..??

Salamualaikum,

Dear Brothers and Sisters,

Without hurting your feelings I would Like to post a question for all of us to ponder without any prejudice.

Allah (s.w.t.) sent Islam which was explained to us by the Holy Prophet (s.a.w.w.).

Now the Holy Prophet taught us how to pray and he himself used to pray properly and on time.

He taught us how to fast and he also used to fast.

He taught us how to do Haj, Pay Zakat, and other acts of religion, and he also used to do the aforesaid acts.

Now Allah (s.w.t.) tells in the Quran that a person should make his will before dying. The Holy Prophet (s.a.w.w.) also told us to make a will, then is it possible that the Holy Prophet (s.a.w.w.) who himself told us to make a will himself would not do so.

Did the Holy Prophet (s.a.w.w.) not make a will and appoint a successor so that there is no confusion about Islam after him.?????

Now there can be two answers to this.

1. He made a will and appointed a successor
2. He did not make a will and did not appoint a successor.

Before we move ahead lets peep in to history and study what happened after the death of the Holy Prophet (s.a.w.w.). and how Abubakar was appointed as the first caliph.

After the death of the Holy Prophet (s.a.w.w.) people assembled at a place called Saqifa e Bani Saadat. and there they elected abubakar as the first caliph. Thus abubakar was elected as the first caliph on the whims and fancy of a few people. The details of this is available in various sunni books.

Now coming back to our first answer.

1. The Holy Prophet made a will and did appoint a caliph.

Now if the Holy Prophet (s.a.w.w.) had already appointed a caliph then the people did not have any right to appoint abubakar as the caliph via elections. Abubakr is the elected representative of the people as we elect via general elections he is not the representative of the Holy Prophet (s.a.w.w). Obeying and following him in now way is incumbent on the people and his  khilafat is in now was justifiable as the successor ship of the Holy Prophet (s.a.w.w.) as he was appointed by the people and not the Holy Prophet (s.a.w.w.). Now if the Holy Prophet had already appointed a caliph then electing some one is going against the orders Allah (s.w.w.) and the order of the Holy Prophet (s.a.w.w.), and is usurping the rights of the rightfully appointed caliph. Thus the khilafat of Abubakar is wrong and against the orders of Allah (s.w.w.) and the orders of the Holy Prophet (s..w.w.)

Now discussing the second answer.

2. The Holy Prophet (s.a.w.w) did not make a will and did not appoint a successor.

The Holy Prophet (s.a.w.w.) never went against the commands of Allah (s.w.w.) and never disobeyed him. His not appointing a successor means that Allah (s.w.w.) did not want to appoint one. Did Allah (s.w.t.) commit a mistake by not appointing a successor to the Holy Prophet (s.a.w.w.) and the people rectified it by appointing abubakar. The Holy Prophet not selecting anybody to succeed him means that Allah (s.w.t.) did not want the affairs of the religion to go into the hands of anybody. Thus electing abubakar once against means going against the commands of Allah (s.w.t.). Here also the khilafat of abubakar is against the orders of Allah (s.w.t.)  and the orders of the Holy Prophet (s.a.w.w.).

Thus the khilafat of abubakar is wrong and unislamic. When goes the khilafat of abubakar then automatically goes down the khilafat of umar and usman.

I do not want to  hurt  your feelings and would like to ponder over what I have said without prejudice. I would welcome any comments and arguments and would infact be very happy if some one guides me to the right path if I am wrong.
